Military and Law Enforcement Ordering - Wholesale Distribution of America, Inc. is a registered supplier of many Governments. We accept pre-approved Government and accredited institutions' Credit Cards, Purchase Orders and contract orders. Our Dun & Bradstreet Number is available upon receipt of written request.

Tax - We do not charge U. S. State sales tax unless your order is shipped to an Illinois, California or Florida address. Some State laws require charging sales tax on the full amount of the order including shipping if shipped within a State of origin. In the case of Drop Shipping, items are often shipped directly from a factory in another state. If drop shipped, orders shipped to or from a special provisions state Ship-To address, will be taxed according to the prevailing state tax law. We will notify you about the exact tax amount before your order is shipped.

We share only that data necessary for validation of credit transactions, verification of identity, shipping and billing addresses and securing of our payment. Customers doing business with Wholesale Distribution of America, give implied consent to implementation of these policies, as set forth here-in. As to Personal Data, Wholesale Distribution of America does not share individual identifiable personal information, other than credit experience, with any other entity.

Pricing and Availability Policy - Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Wholesale Distribution of America, Inc. has no liability in the case of orders arising from typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders without assigning any reasons. Order Verification - You will receive email verifications at each stage of the order process:

• Receipt of your order;
• Approval of Payment/Credit
• Verification of in-stock availability;
• Shipment of your order;
• Advice of delay and estimated delivery time (for special or out-of-stock items);
• Feedback request after you have received your purchase.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Wholesale Distribution of America, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any unstated reason. All orders placed by Credit Card are subject to address verification by our Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department, which may delay processing of your order. When an order needs to be shipped to an address that differs from the submitted billing address, or when an International Credit Card is used, we might need to obtain the expressed authorization of the named holder of that account. If you request shipping an order to an address different from the listed billing address, we may ask you call your Credit Card issuing Bank and add the ship-to address as an "authorized alternate shipping address."

International Orders - We ship most of our products outside of the United States. We care about the security of information provided by our customers. We verify all orders. Credit Card processing agencies depend on name/address verification systems to ensure safe non-fraudulent use of Credit Card payments. Only American Express and its affiliates offer the ability to verify International Credit Cards on major orders. Note: We have had approval from American Express take as much as three (3) business days. The use of cards other than American Express may delay the shipment of your order. For all International orders (including U. S. Territories) or orders placed with a non-US issued credit cards other than American Express we require a copy of back and front of your Credit Card as well as Bank verification to charge your card the amount of the order plus the cost of freight.  Alternately, we can waive the requirement to submit this information to us if you would allow us to verify your Credit Card information manually. Unless you pay via Bank Wire Transfer or choose a manual processing method, your International order will not be shipped until we receive the credit card copies.

Duties, Fees, Customs and Taxes - Keep in mind that there are often charges of customs duty or brokerage fee imposed by Government agencies or other entities in the receiving country on items shipped from the United States.  You are responsible for all custom and brokerage fees, duties and taxes that are imposed when these goods are imported into your country.  Since these fees will vary from country to country and change from time to time, often without notice, we do not know what your fees will be, if any We advise you to contact your local government customs agent to determine the rate for goods ordered. As a guideline, for reference, please see UPS Rates for Customs Clearance into Canada. On smaller orders, it is often less expensive to select one of the UPS Express or USPS Global Priority shipping methods that we provide to reduce the brokerage fees. To avoid delay in receiving your product from customs, be sure that you provide us with a phone number where they can reach you when your product arrives. Shipping charges are pre-calculated for international shipments depending on the shipping method available to your country.

All prices quoted are in United States dollars.  If you are a non-US customer, a conversion must be made. We recommend that your Credit Card company convert your order total from U. S. dollars to their local currency for your billing and paymeny. As we have no control over exchange rates, you can get an idea by checking with http://www.xe.com.

Export Policy and Export Restrictions - The sale, transfer, transportation or shipment outside of the U.S. of any product prohibited or restricted for export without the proper export licensing or other compliance with U. S. export control laws and regulations is strictly prohibited and may constitute a Federal crime. Wholesale Distribution of America, Inc. will not engage in any transaction that may require the illegal export of any products and will not assist directly or indirectly with the illegal export or re-export of any products. If the Buyer intends to export or re-export an item after receipt from Wholesale Distribution of America, Inc., it is the Buyer's responsibility to request and obtain all necessary licenses for the use and/or export of the subject items, and to ensure that the requirements of all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies are met.

With exception of sale to some U.S. Government Agencies, Wholesale Distribution of America, Inc. will not export, or sell, to anyone who intends to export restricted products.

All the shipped items are insured per the terms and conditions as stated on the Approved Purchase Order. Inspect your order when it arrives. It is unlikely that anything will be damaged as we pack our orders well, but shipping damage sometimes happens. If the item you ordered comes damaged as a result of shipping, we must be notified within six (6) days.

Cancellation Policy - If you call or email us to cancel an order before it has prep for shipping, we will gladly cancel it free of charge.
